Enjoy!

Nik and Dan find a typical regular-sized geocache in Newport, R.I. Geocaching is the most funnest thing ever.

We use the Garmin Forerunner 405 to find geocaches. It's so much fun that it's worth the $300 for that alone. Not really. But it's still fun.

Hey Dan and Nik - I'm listening to your podcast right now and you had a suggestion to try the Galloway method. I have to agree that you should give it a shot. You will be able to go farther and feel much better following a run than if you don't take breaks. You'll probably even take time off of your longer race times (10k or higher). I'd suggest getting his book from the library to peruse through in order to get a good look at the theory behind it and the reasoning.

After injuring myself a month ago, I'm deciding to go back to it and hoping to avoid future injuries.

Yay a new episode to listen to while driving to our backpacking destination. I may be one sore cookie next week...I've backpacked before but never had to actually carry my own stuff...I always had some nice boy carry it for me. Now that I'm married, hubby says "carry your own sh*t," maybe in not so many words, but that's what he meant.

Nik and Dan thanks for the great show. It's always a pleasure to listen to it. Dan thanks for the 2am tweets and the haikus. Nik, my wife has celiacs and it is really difficult finding stuff to eat. We have to read every ingredient. The nice thing is that more companies are becoming aware of it and are marketing gluten free. In fact Bud just came out with a gluten free beer. Yipee!

Hi Nik and Dan. I just discovered your site and podcasting on running in general. I started my trek back to a healthy lifestyle in January this year and started running in races only in May. I've joined 3-5K races so far and 1-6K race. I've registered myself to run the San Francisco Marathon 5K race this Aug. 3. It will be my first time to run a race outside the Philippines. I'm beginning to discover a whole cyber world out there on running and I'm looking forward to going through your past podcasts and to your future ones. I hope to meet up with you guys some day.

I'm back on episode 22, but I'm glad to see that your talking about geocache. I just heard about this sport on a different podcast. I was about to do some research on what GPS would be good, thanks for posting the type you all are using in your show notes.
