Episode 26
The "worst podcast thus far"? Harumph! It's 4 Feet Running with Nik and Dan! In this 26th episode:
- Nik and Dan and the dogs go for a 3-mile run through an unfamiliar section of Providence, R.I.
- Nik talks about how she's feeling post-op, and how she's on the Couch-to-100-Pushups plan
- Dan turns into Cranky McCrankerson, and has a blast with his Shovelglove
- She describes her fartleks -- shaddap! That's what they're called!
- They speak wistfully of their lost youth and impending old age -- then talk about fartleks some more
- Nik and Dan read email and reviews from some very nice people and one meanie

The actual world's worst podcast (be careful clicking -- we have no idea what it's about)

ya know, i made a huge mistake on my podcast and called your podcast 2 feet running! I guess I was thinkin 2 people, I don't know. I'm sorry! I know what it's called, I'd be a bad DJ :-P
4 stinky feet running? I don't think so!
I love your podcast! However, you're right that you only should listen if you like it. There are many other podcasts to choose from, so there is no need to listen to a podcast you particularly don't like.
I've been a listener since Augustus 4, 2007 (episode 3), and never regretted subscribing, ever.
Anyway, I left the first review of your podcast on the Podcast Pickle website. Of course, 5 stars. See this RSS feed of the review thread:

Thanks for your podcast, and I hope to receive many more episodes in my iTunes.
Jodi: No worries, we do have 2 feet each. :)
Rene: Thanks so much for the review-- it's so nice!!! We plan to keep going, we haven't made our "you suck" quota just yet.
Ya know, it seems to me that when someone says something negative about someone else, it is because they feel insecure and want to make themselves look better. So her opinion obviously doesn't matter.
When people become judgemental, it is usually because they want to feel like they have power.
I think yall's podcast is great! Don't change a thing.
I think it's so cool we stink so bad... it's distinguished and unique - don't you think? You ever wonder why dogs smell each other? Have you ever heard their podcasts? Man - my two dogs can't even figure out how to turn on the iPod!
Love you guys. :-)
I've been listening to your podcast since the beginning, and you keep getting better and better. Your sense of fun and enthusiasm is contagious. Keep it up! It sure puts a smile on my face. MM
I can't understand why people waste their time to do things they don't like and then they waste more time trying to make people feel bad. If you don't like it, move on and dislike something else. People like that aren't worth the time we spent on them.
Marty
There's always a grumpy person out there ready to take you down. Love your cast. I really like the ambient noise of the cars and dogs in the background - I don't know why. Maybe it makes me feel like we're running together? Keep it going. Stay healthy & keep running!
